Software is a digital product with no physical shipping. Refer to the product information and developer terms for licence versions, platforms and permitted use.
Cancel a pending order
Use Cancel order on the payment page to cancel a pending order. You can also return to the cart and shop again.
Payment and refund enquiries
Pending orders have not completed a transaction. For payment or refund enquiries, email website@hkewan.com with your order number and product name. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.
