This policy describes the actual data handling of the current EWAN-SOFT store.

1. Operator and contact
The operator is EWAN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (易萬科技有限公司). Contact the person responsible for privacy matters at website@hkewan.com. Our correspondence address appears below.
2. Information you enter and its purpose
Checkout asks for your name and email only to create and display a order in this tab. Providing them is voluntary, but both are required to continue checkout. The form contents are not sent to the store server, a developer or a payment service.
3. Local storage and retention
Product identifiers, order options and quantities in the cart are stored in browser localStorage until removed or cleared. Your name, email and orders use sessionStorage in the current tab only. Orders over 24 hours old are removed on the next use of the website. Browser session-restoration features may preserve tab data; you can delete it using the clear-data control on this page.
4. Payment information
The website does not collect card numbers, expiry dates, security codes, Octopus card numbers or payment credentials. Your chosen payment method is stored as part of the order record in this tab.
5. Connection data and third parties
When hosted on Cloudflare Workers, the hosting provider may process connection data such as IP addresses, browser details and requests for delivery, security and operation under its own policies. Product images are served locally. No third-party analytics, advertising tracking or payment SDK is integrated.
6. Email and external websites
If you choose to send an enquiry using an email link, your message travels through your email provider to our mailbox. We use it to reply and retain correspondence as necessary to handle the enquiry. Developer websites, maps and other external sites process information under their own privacy policies.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You can edit your name and email before payment, view order records in My orders, or clear local data. To request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data held through email correspondence, contact website@hkewan.com with your request.
8. Security and policy changes
Avoid entering unnecessary personal information on shared devices. No real payment information is needed. We will update this policy and its date when functionality or data handling changes. Any future live payments require an updated explanation of data processing.
